Newbie mode is just that - some help for absolute newbies who want to
initially configure a firewall. The result ist rarely what you really
want and to secure something like a pool of machines behind a firewall
definitely not sufficient.

Here's my tip: If you are unable/not willing to read the docs (which
you definitely should) get yourself gfcc or some other graphical
ipchains config program (there's one in PHP out there which does not
only do the job well but also looks a lot like FW-1 :).
After that find the config files and have a look at them. Tweak 'em
(preferrably over console or directly connected to the FW :).
