Hi Brett,
Nice addendum. The bug you mention in your paper is CSCds73550.
It's being worked on. Also, the feature first came out in the S
train starting in 12.0(5)S with the inclusion of the client in
12.0(10.1)S for the 7500, 7200 and 12000 platforms. There are
also some other images for the cable-modem platforms.
I'll send you a separate email with some additional notes about
the SSH feature in IOS. If you'd like, you may use any of that
in your posting.
