Hello Manoj, Have you ever been able to connect to the management server before using this workstation as a GUI client? If not you should confirm in cpconfig that the proper IP address is listed as the GUI client. You can also check this by reviewing the gui-clients file in the conf directory where FW-1 is installed (on the management server). If this looks good, the next thing to check would be whether or not a rule in your policy is blocking the connection. I believe this was already mentioned in a previous response but it was in regards to another FW that might be blocking the connection. Also, is your management server also a FW or just a management server? If you can open up the FW for testing, you could unload the policy on any FW's in between your GUI client and the management station, then try the connection again. Probably the most important question is the very first one, whether or not you've been able to connect to this management station from this GUI client in the past. If you have then you need to review what's changed between now and then and how that might have affected the connection between the management and GUI client. Hope this helps.
