You are assuming "pramod bhoj" is in the USA and that the systems
where he may find these files are also in the USA.
Using the statistic that only 5% of all humans are in the USA,
your assumption is not a good one.
Why is this an issues? Well, other countries do not have anything
called the 4th amendment, but they do have their own laws, which
are often similar.
