netmeeting !!

Hi does anyone know if there is any way to fix so that users can connect to the 
internet with netmeeting on a Red Hat 6.2 box with masq ?
I have found one module (on http://www.coritel.it/projects/sofia/nat.html) but can't 
get i to work with 2.2.16-3 kernel.
I also have a problem with masq incoming file transfer with icq 2000 becuse it uses a 
newer protocol then icq 99.
