Last week someone was talking about a boilerplate for reporting
scans (doorknob rattling). Did anyone ever post any boilerplate? Also,
is there a centralized database where we can compare the people scanning
us, giving us a little more "oomph" with their ISP's. For example
213.46.8.89 [d8089.dtk.chello.nl] (one of my scanners, using nmap on a
linux box which is also running Trinoo_Master and a half dozen other
trojan clients). I would be interested if others had reported him. I'm
sure I was one of many he swept through.
