The difference is it will "know" that this is an abnormal situation
(although intended in some cases e.g. testing) Think of it like this. If
you are sitting in a public place & someone sitting next to you walks off
leaving their wallet, 99 people out of 100 would consider that this is not
what that person inteded to do. They would then say "Hey! Did you mean to
leave this?" For the 1 in 100 or 1 in 1000 who "did not care" or "it was
not their wallet to begin with" should we all stop asking? I think not.
OTOH Some confirmation screens drive me crazy! :>)
