This is quite straight forward to set up. You need a proxy on your firewall
which forwards port 443 (https) connections to the IIS server. For security
it may be preferable to use web access only over https and not port 80.
If your IIS server is in the DMZ you will just have to ensure that it can
communicate with the Exchange server without any problems.
