Hans,
#Can anyone give me a clue how to configure sendmail (or maybe qmail or so)
#to receive mail for my domain and send it to our server, where there are
#users and to collect mail from the server and forward i to the internet?
Advertize your firewall in DNS as the mail server for your domain. Use the
mailertable on your firewall to deliver mail from the Internet to your
internal mail server. If you are going to use Sendmail I would highly
suggest that you get the O'Reilly Sendmail book. I have found it to be
very useful. You can also find some good info at www.sendmail.org. You
may want to consider running a Sendmail server on your DMZ and just have a
proxy on the firewall then allow the DMZ mail server to send mail to your
internal mail server. BTW, postfix may be a better solution for the DMZ
mail server.
