I cannot find an answer for these questions anywhere! My upgrade from 4.0
to 4.1 has been
a total disaster. Here are my questions:
1. I upgraded the firewall module and put in the license key. Then I
upgraded the management
module. Since I have only 1 license key created, what do I put for the
license on the management
module?????
2. After upgrading the management module to 4.1, I simply could not get the
software to talk to
the updated 4.1 firewall module. I did the putkeys, those seemed to
work fine, but I kept getting a user
auth error before any policies came up. What did I do wrong?
3. How do go back from 4.1 to 4.0? The only uninstall feature is to use
Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.
Is this the proper way to do this? After using it, my 4.0 firewall
programs could not communicate with
my 4.0 firewall. Is this because I now need to rerun the putkeys?
