what do you mean by hardening? These are commercial OSes that are
supported by their vendors, so your best bet is to get back to the vendor.
for example, there is a "trusted solaris".
but unless you know what you mean by hardening and you say it, you'll
hardly find an answer to your question.
if you just mean making it "more secure" without getting back to the vendor
then it's harder! you need to check yoo many documents!
