Make sure you understand what you are reading: the source address in
that log entry is also 127.0.0.1, and all of this is happening on the
lo interface, so this entry was caused by either you or someone on your
system trying to connect to the telnet port.  You probably did this
yourself while trying to see if the port was still open.
