Slightly OT: Security Policies for 3rd Parties and for LAN/WAN

My apoligies to the list if this topic should be discussed on another list.   We are in the process of writing information security polies for our organization. I am assigned the topics of "Third Parties" and LAN/WAN security. I am trying to gather information ASAP regarding information security policies which were written specifically for third party contractors/ASP's and also LAN/WAN information security policy. I am looking for security policy regarding these specific subjects, not security policy in general. Any examples/input will certainly be helpful. Thank you very much, in advance.
