You can use S/MIME for this, create certificates using MS Certificate
Server for each manager and install them in Outlook 2000.
So they can sign or completely encrypt the mails.

Hello.
My management want to authenticate in some way the messages sent between
them.
I'm looking for a way to turn this idea into practical system.
We are using outlook 2000, and I am conidering using PGP plug-in for
them.
Do you have any ideas?
Thanks, Naor.
