   Yes, you can bind two or more with a single nic for AIX.  I did it for
my routing testing.
  you can issue a command show as follow whereby bind another IP for
interface en0

             chdev -l en0 -a alias4='9.3.240.8' -a netmask=255.255.255.0'

 or        you can use "smitty inet"  then select configure Aliases
or
     ifconfig en0 9.3.240.8 netmask 255.255.255.0 alias
