You should really have read some of the archives first. 

A cool site I've mentioned before is at http://marc.theaimsgroup.com. It
archives many lists - including this one. Most relevant to you is probably
the pen-test list.

BTW: Does anyone know if Nmap can do TTL modification yet?

There hasn't been a nessus update since the latest BIND bug, so you should
probably check for that one manually. Exploits are up on bugtraq or at
packetstorm.
