Yes, it is working great for us. I haven't had even 1 user reporting that they accidently clicked on the attachment. Sure enough, the Trend Micro's logs showed it was catching them all.

On to firewalls/anti-virus.... Does anyone know any _really_
good
application proxy firewalls which can strip certain emails
with known
content, before they reach the mail server? With or without
signature
updates....

A variety of AV vendors have AV-plugins (ie. For exchange
servers) that
strip known virus/worms there, but when they get inundated
or are under
heavyload, these agents tend to fail to filter at 100%
efficiency.
