a)Time Warner (Roadrunner) Cable modem
b)Securemote version 4.1 Sp2 Build 4174.
c)w2k.
d) valid routable IP (DHCP) from his ISP. So no NAT.
He is able to create site, exchange keys etc, but he
never gets the Radius window when he tries to access
any of our internal sites. I couldn't get anything
concrete from the snoop or FW logs. Radius isn't a
problem, as I have many users working fine. Anything
that I need to be aware of when I use cable modems.
