And what is a suitable background to obtain a security posistion? If you have a felony or misdemeanor your automatically out for this?  This seems like a harsh punishment for someone that has a misdemeanor for unpaid parking tickets or something.

 

I could fully understand someone with embezelment, fraud, neglegence, 1st degree murder, rape, extortion...very illegal crimes to be banned from this license. But I hope alot more thought goes into place before this ever passes in america.
