Assuming you are running Checkpoint Firewall-1, port 264 is for SecureRemote
VPN topology requests, and port 265 is for SecureRemote VPN key exchange.
If you're not running FW-1, you might have a problem...;-)

Subject: Listening Ports

I performed a portscan on my firewall. Its listening
on ports 264 and 265. What are they for?
