You should talk to the folks over at the ICSA Labs
(http://www.icsalabs.com). They run this fabulous IPSec Interoperability
program that Cisco has recently joined. They maintain information about
Interoperability between Cisco IOS and PIX and 47 other vendors IPSec
products.
I'm sure we'll get the VPN3000 concentrator in there soon!
