Not really the right list for this, but you should check out
www.cisco.com for some info. Look at the product documentation page,
and look at there explanations of BGP.

For routing to work properly via to separate ISP's, you will need BGP,
and some routing expertise to get it tuned right.

I use this to set up a dual connection to the internet, whereby if one
connection goes down, my ip's are still reachable.
