allow 6667 most servers are 6667 to 6669 sum are 7000

            I know this is to easy for you guys. But im wondering on how to
enable our client to use mirc with this simple access list below.

access-list 101 permit ip any any establish
access-list 101 permit icmp any any
access-list 101 deny ip 203.167.2.0 0.0.0.255 any

                  BTW, my router is cisco 2520 running on IOS 11.0 (9)
