If you don't tell us what proxy you are using, what browser you are using,
and don't give us a "debugging" infos such as what server you're trying ti 
go to,
it'll be hard for us to imagine what life is about on March and whether 
there is
water on Urnaus:)

That said, you might be suffering from a zealous proxy that doesn't support 
http 1.1.
to check that, go to the same site using a telnet command:

# telnet www.foo.example 80
GET / HTTP/1.0

and type <return> twice. if you get the same reply, that's a mistery and 
you'll need to
say where you're going and what proxy you're using. Otherwise, your proxy 
is zealous
about 1.1.... It should convert the 1.1 to 1.0 if it doesn't support 1.1.
