In the GUI, there's a box somewhere in the telnet proxy config screen which
configures the telnet welcome message file. From memory it's blank by
default. Create a file "telnet-welcome.txt" (or whatever) with notepad, put
whatever you want in it, and type the name of the file in the box. You may
want to put the file in the Gauntlet base directory.
