I have verified yours information and you have the correct information.
I am obliged to use an IP 110, but I do not know if it is possible to
connect a VPN throught an ADSL connection (because the ADSL connection use
PPTP).
Maybe if I use a PPToE connection between my ADSL modem and the ISP, the VPN
are OK
