I believe he is looking for something more robust and stealthy. Something
that keeps a log of the keystrokes and mouse clicks but you don't control
them.. Plus some types of VNC's require permission to logon to their
machines, you want to see what they are doing, but don't interact with what
they are doing...Just sit back and watch the log.
PS if you have a proxy or a firewall open up the logs and check what
websites they are going to, also Eeye makes a good product but I forgot what
it was for sniffing packets down to the ip address.
