First up, lose the HTML/rich text email; its not really acceptable in
the real world. Much of the world doesn't use Microsoft email clients,
and it comes out looking like crap even if you do.
Second, did you even try to do a search yourself for this? Don't you
get any satisfaction in finding the answer yourself (lord knows, its
one of the few joys left to us on the internet. You certainly can't
make any money off of the web, but at least you can still find answers
:))

MRTG (the Multi Router traffic Grapher) is a collection of PERL
scripts and stuff for originally designed to collect bandwidth usage
stats from routers via SNMP, but now includes examples on how to do
much much more via SNMP (www.mrtg.org) however, it requires that you
get your hands dirty :).
And, one of the best (drumroll, and thanks to Compaq for providing
this util FOR FREE. . .wow. . .it brings tears to my eyes):

which is billed as software for managing Compaq network equipment bu
(shhhhh!) IS ACTUALLY A PRETTY NIFTY GENERAL PURPOSE SNMP MANAGER.
And then, of course: http://www.snmp.com/ which also has the
comp.protocols.snmp faq at http://www.snmp.com/FAQs which has much
useful info.
That should give you some starting places; there are also many
management suites for *X, check the FAQ. Forgive the earlier rant, it
was mainly in jest (except for the email comment; just because you
can, doesn't mean you should).
