locate doesn't normally work on solaris. You can try using which or just use
find. The default paths are:

/usr/local/bin/ssh
/usr/local/sbin/sshd

Also you might want to try www.openssh.com (openssh requires that openssl be
installed first, www.openssl.org). www.sunfreeware.com has both these binaries
in the sun package format. So I would also suggest looking there.
