Yes, but only in a very basic form.  Fwiw it's called "masquerading" in
Linux kernel 2.2.

Also be aware that your default installation of that OS is going to have
many many holes, you better fix them before you hook up the network
line.

One other thing: if you feel like upgrading to a newer distribution such
as RH7.1, or one of the others which comes with Linux kernel 2.4.x, the
NAT support is quite a lot better.
