Well, I'd say that is an improperly configured Virtual Host... if it is
using a different IP, it should be bound specifically to that IP. My guess
is someone is running (if Apache)
BindAddress *
Port 80
Then just set all as NameVirtualHosts, without binding them to a specific
IP.
