Perhaps this is a job for the moderator...

It was my belief that this discussion group was to be for informed
questions and answers. It is frustrating to see so many generalized
questions coming in that have little to no forethought. The generalized
questions are searching for very basic information. These can be answered
easily if the person asking would simply search the web for the
information. Typing "bsd" "ipfw" or "ios" into a web search isn't hard,
not to mention that the information would be gathered a lot faster than
waiting for a personalized response on the discussion group.

Lets have some real discussion.
