I am in need of an application that can meter or calculate the amount of
bandwidth a certain application is using. I need to know total bandwidth
required, in order to spec out a firewall and wan link.
I am aware of NetCalibrate's iVision product and r2k, but what else is
there? Am I just asking for a glorified packet sniffer?
The application is three tiers, so I I'll need to gauge bandwidth from at
least three physical machines.
