Even if they wanted to, I don't believe they are silly to do it, which means they lose their market share for a less profitable cause! Note that I haven't said they do bad things, I said they have been suspected and didn't come with a clear answer. There were some mail from some girl on the list some months ago, but it was just a set of silly legal menaces (she litterally asked us to tell her who told us so that she can sue'em:), which is a really bad approach. So I believe'em innocent until one can prove they are guilty.
