Yes it does. I recently set up 5 offices around Europe with a full mesh VPN
tunnel configuration and SecuRemote terminators on all firewalls. I used one of
the firewalls as management station and all the others as slaves, thus using
only one user database in the management station and one and the same topology
file for the SecuRemote users pointing out all nets behind all firewalls. I
never got it to work with Radius though, but since I ended up with only one user
database anyhow that flaw was acceptable.
