We had this problem on guntlet 5.5 on solaris -- as I recall we applied
the current patches and optimized the max connections settings and
timeouts -- this seemed to help. But we still have to go in and restart
the proxy daemon every now and then . . . . BTW NAI support is really bad
-- don't waste your money if you don't have to.
