Are you certain the mx in imo-r03.mx.aol.com designates mexico? The ip
translation is 152.163.225.99, and the netblock rests at:

America Online (NET-ANS-BNET8)
   12100 Sunrise Valley Drive
   Reston, VA 20191
   US

   Netname: AOL-BNET
   Netblock: 152.163.0.0 - 152.163.255.255

While it may infact refer to a mexico wan link, it might well not. Still
one of the better questions for the originator, is what level of school
have they recently graduated from and what was the focus of study while
there, this goes hand and hand with what actual experience is brought to
the table with 'education'. Last it was bracketed out to me, a years
experience and hands-on was worth four years in school with the
educational focus directed at the area of work and not say a general or
liberal arts direction.

Of course the idea of expectations of a newbie in the field, even with a 4
year degree might exceed what is a practical starting salary is a
different topic in itself.

Thanks,

Ron DuFresne

OK, so you're a Ph.D. Just don't touch anything.
