You might want to try Zone Alarm instead of/in addition to BlackICE (they can be
installed and run on the same box, though BlackICE becomes largely superfluous). It
has a couple of things over BlackICE in that (1) it's free and (2) it blocks outbound
sessions unless explicitly allowed. I don't know anything about is how it performs on
a dual-homed box, however. So there is that.
