Hello Pat,
Have you checked to see whether or not the PC you've loaded the GUI client
software on is listed as a GUI client on the Nokia? This is usually done
through cpconfig (FW-1 version 4.1) when you first configure FW-1. It can
also be done by editing your gui-clients file in the $FWDIR/conf directory
on the Nokia. You will need to supply the IP address of the GUI client PC
either way you do it. To access the gui-clients file for editing, you will
need to gain command line access to the Nokia. This can be done using
Telnet as well as the console connection. Let me know if this doesn't
solve your problem.
