Sounds like you want to do a lot with only 5 machines, at least one of which
I have doubts as to its usability. Furthermore, you have 1 ethernet card
according to your list. How are you going to run 5 machines on a network
with only one ethernet card. Was this just a typo? As for setting all this
up, if you don't even know what some of the terms you use are, I'd suggest
that you might want to learn a little about firewalls and perimiter
networks. You should probably pick up a copy of Building Internet
Firewalls, 2nd edition, and start reading through that. And for learning
how to set up your DNS, maybe a copy of DNS and Bind, 4th edition. There
are also good websites with information (I see http://www.linuxdoc.org/ has
already been suggested as a starting place). And yes, a DSL line will work
even while you are on the phone.

Honestly, it sounds like you don't know much of anything about networking,
firewalls, DNS, telecommunications, or web services, and yet you want to do
all these things. Learning is great, and many people will help you with
specific questions. But what you are asking seems akin to going to Ford
(pick your preferred car manufacturer if you don't like Ford) and saying "I
have all these car parts and I want to build a car, but I don't know how."
What do you already know how to do, and what have you done to try to learn
some about what you hope to do? I'm not trying to be inflammatory, but you
are asking way to broad a set of questions, and have given us little to work
with. If you want guidance on what to read, and where to get references,
that's great. But if you just want all your questions answered, well,
that's more than will fit into a typical email.
