I found eEye digital security's IRIS product to be very good
http://www.eeye.com very simple and very powerful if a bit pricey

You might try Analyzer, a windows sniffer tool available through
securityfocus. It has different kinds of filters such as packet type,
source, destination, etc. On the unfortunate side, all help menus are in
Italian.
