Microsoft ISA Server providess a very good upgrade
path to MS Proxy Server 2.0, will use your existing
rules, and minimally disrupt existing clients.
You may want to download an evaluation version and
take a look.
If you decide to adopt it I would stongly urge you or
someone on your staff to seek out an MSCTEC and attend
the 2- or 3-day course 2159. You will be glad you did.
