The route that we had taken was to block port 1214 inbound and outbound. This is the initial control port for Morpheus, Kazza and a few other odds and ends for the P2P file sharing programs. They will make an initial connection using that port and then morph to another empharious port after it starts. I hope that gives you enough information to help keep the traffic under control.
