The correct choice depends on administrators knowledge level on
different operating systems.

If you don't have any Linux/*BSD specialists on board (who will also
commit to keep system up to date) I would recommend to choose some small
hardware based firewall solution. Price will be quite affordable and
security level high. 

As such there are Sonicwall, Netscreen, Lucent Brick, Cisco PIX,
Watchguard

And from these my personal preference is PIX. And the reason for this is
that I have configuration experience on the platform for 4 years so I'm
quite familiar with it..

P.S. When choosing small firewall you should be aware of restrictions
that manufacturers have inbuild into the systems. This could affect for
instance to connections going to your web-server.
