Yes, it is- I've commonly set my desktops to use SecurID for inbound SSH
in the past.

You'll need to find the PAM RADIUS module and use RADIUS to the 
ACE Server.  Then you just need to configure PAM to use RADIUS for 
whichever authentication methods you need.

Typically I also disable root's ability to get in using the same vectors, 
so that people must use su to escallate privilege.
