I think you guys are right with this also. That's what is so weird about this. I am allowing To: "any" From: "any" incoming and outgoing with straight SMTP. I am not using the SMTP Proxy.
I am also able to send to other Exchange servers around campus, so that makes me think it isn't the firewall or just my Exchange server settings. In addition, none of the setting on the Exchange has been changed since the firewall was installed. Very frustrating.
