I purchased a WatchGuard SOHO as a firewall device for my office. Before
installing, I contacted the technical support department to inquire about
procedures and how my config would need to change. The response I received
was less than helpful. I was told to register my device and then I could get
help - unfortunately, they could not process my registration on the phone, I
had to process electronically. So I tried to register via the web - they had
a glitch with the number. After several calls with little or no response, I
got rid of the unit.

Since that time, I have sold and installed a dozen or so Netscreen devices.
Support has been fantastic and the ease of use makes the Watchguard a bad
option regardless of the support.

My $.02 - don't bother with the WatchGuards - move up to a real unit like
the Netscreen.
