I would make sure that the NAT transparency option is set. Also, since the
client supports split tunneling, the client can also continue to communicate
with his/her local lan segment by checking the option to exclude the local
lan from the tunnel.
Finally, the NAT transparency can use other ports than the default by
changing this on the switch as well as the client the NAT transparency can
be made more secure or get around blocked ports.
