This is somewhat off topic, but I'm getting really frustrated, and it seems like a knowledgeable bunch here. We have a site on a cable modem, they are on a provider called Fuse, which is owned by Zoomtown. We have been trying to hit our mailserver without success from that site. From this same site we are able to hit our web server, which is on the same subnet as the mail server. I did a traceroute from the site and came up with what you see below. XO is our T1 provider, and I have talked with them. They say the problem lies in the Zoomtown network. Zoomtown has been less than helpful. I am curious to get anyone's opinion here on this matter.
