Len,

The 506 and the 515 are 100% configuration compatible.

All you need to do is write the configuration from your current PIX to a 
TFTP server (write net <tftp_ip:filename> and then copy the configuration 
into a telnet session after issuing a "config term" command.  Make sure the 
new PIX has a blank config  ("write erase" first) and save the config on 
the new PIX ("write mem").
